Professor Oleksandr Knigavko is an internationally experienced Urologist and Andrologist with more than two decades of clinical, surgical, and academic experience. His practice focuses on male sexual health, reproductive medicine, and complex reconstructive and prosthetic procedures.

With extensive experience in advanced male surgery, Prof. Knigavko has performed more than 600 penile prosthesis implantations and over 800 phalloplasty procedures. His surgical expertise also includes the management of complex conditions affecting male sexual function and fertility.

His areas of clinical expertise include erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, Peyronie’s disease, male infertility, hormonal disorders, and chronic pelvic and prostate-related conditions. He has also contributed to the development and application of innovative treatments, including PRP therapy (P-Shot), stem cell-based approaches, and advanced penile implant techniques. He was the first surgeon in Europe to perform Peniflex implantation.

Prof. Knigavko has made significant contributions to medical education and research. He authored the first Ukrainian handbook dedicated to Clinical Andrology, holds 20 patents related to innovative medical treatments, and has published more than 200 scientific papers in peer-reviewed medical journals.

He is a member of several leading international professional organizations, including the European, International, and American Societies for Sexual Medicine, as well as the Arab Association of Urology.

Before joining his current practice in Dubai, Prof. Knigavko served as a Professor and Head of Andrology Courses at Kharkiv National Medical University in Ukraine. He has also worked internationally as a visiting professor and mentor, sharing his expertise in modern urology and andrology with physicians around the world.
